Sophie Shaw is a performer and creative born and raised in Concord, New Hampshire. She is currently studying at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee receiving her BFA in Musical Theater with a Dance Emphasis.

Her love of performing started at age two! Growing up in the dance studio, she trained in numerous styles such as; tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and musical theater. She also has experience choreographing, assistant choreographing, dance captaining, and teaching.

She grew up training vocally at The Concord Community Music School and currently trains with Dan Callaway at The Boston Conservatory.

Sophie participated in the Concord Regional Technical Center's Acting program and their Theater Production Program. Studying under Clint Klose, she learned the fundamentals of acting, film, and theater production. 

​

While at The Boston Conservatory, she has performed in their MainStage musicals; Legally Blonde and Sweet Charity. She was also one of the 2026 Co-Presidents of The BoCo Tap Club where she co-directed, choreographed for, and danced in the Tap Showcase WING IT! In 2025, she assisted a faculty member with the choreography for the MainStage Musical: Natasha Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812.

Sophie has performed in professional theaters across New England. Some of her recent credits include; Hello, Dolly! (The Lyric Boston), Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Moonbox Productions), Chicago (Interlakes Theatre) and 42nd Street (The Palace Theatres).
